I think destiny had this conversation a day or two before his Taiwan conversation with Ethan. He fumbled so hard on such a straight forward political conversation. And Ethan is such a friendly face who barely knew anything in the topic. Unless Hasan starts practicing conversation and defending his ideas, he cant do anything but sit with his simp chat doing react videos.

As a former Hasan fan, and now papa gut fan, I think the appeal was literally just I liked having him as a place to get lefty news. With that being said, I don’t watch twitch so I never saw his full conversations and only watched his KZbin content, so that’s just my experience.

Okay, I like Destiny more than Hasan. Turkey Tom isn’t my cup of Tea he just seems like a mellowed version of Grimsy to say the least. However, this video just screams obsession to the next degree. I understand why Destiny would be hurt from Hasan but it’s been ALMOST 6 years since their falling out. Both sides need to move on (Hasan posted the jubilee video with Destiny and was just petty whenever Destiny shown up to speak on video). Also, would I say Hasan fell off? No but he’s definitely past his prime which was 2018 to early 2020 (2019 was definitely his best year imo).

Yea ur perspective on Destiny vs Hassan is pretty apt. One thing Destiny will always have over most political types is he can be legit hilarious sometimes. Usually his comedy is just edgy without substance but I remember he once called a certain socialist advocate the “third person in the human centipede” where he shits out opinions to Vaush and he then shits them out to that person and that was one moment that had my face hurting from laughter but he rarely goes hard anymore which does help for the most part. I can never really recall a moment where Hassan either got me to say that’s interesting or ever really brought about a chuckle from me. Then there’s the fact that Destiny dictates online political discourse while Hassan just fits in into his world view whether it actually fits or not.

The reason he would never is due to his rampant fear of engaging with anyone not in his echo chamber, he will only engage with those who have more clout than him. I agree Hasan isn't the worst person ever, but it is really funny and entertaining to shit down his throat. He has shown time and time again that he is ideologically inconsistent and a very uninformed fool who loves to champion himself as a political commentator, you want to not be hated, don't make uninformed political takes.

He’s a political public figure. Are you new to how the world works? Or are you one of the little babies who drools over him and think he’s smart because you’re 13 and have no life experience? Hasan makes negative videos talking poorly about people all the time. Are you actually stupid? Im leaving towards actually stupid. He also thinks it’s perfectly fine to use racial slurs against people he doesn’t. The guys a walking hypocrite who can’t defend his positions. That’s why everyone hates him. He doesn’t have millions of fans. He has a couple hundred thousand and the demographic is mostly teenagers and a high gender split towards women. They’re not there for his political engagement.
