Why is the Legendary Shi En/Shogun Shien lock not a thing? Explains please. Hear me out. They says it's because Shi en negates* one spell trap per turn, so when his effect resolves, the opponent hasn't activated because it's been negated*. So they haven't activated shoguns effect, because their spell trap was negated*, so they can still activate their one spell trap per turn. Now, if you normal summon, and it's negated* by Solemn Warning... why can't you just normal summon again...? Because your first normal summon was... negated*... solve that brain buster

You can only attempt to normal summon once a turn. Negated or not.
