TheReachWay - Destiny & Halo The only game i ever brought a limited edition for was ME 3 and that cost 120.00, the case was cool the art was cool, thereweapon was actually one of the strongest in-game, but damn the case design pissed me off it was a disc killer.

dertlash All steel books are disc killers. This is where being a digital buyer pre-Destiny benefits you. Have all the games on your harddrive and keep the Destiny disc in the console.

Destiny is a game that just feels right. Sure it borrows things from Halo, Mass Effect and BLands but its something about Destiny that just works. I was lucky enough to get in the Alpha and the whole time I was playing I just couldn't stop. I wanted to know more about the game, wanted to find the best gear the best loot. I explored everything I possibly could and I wanted more. I'm beyond excited for Destiny and can't wait until launch. See you all in space! Oh and I'll be getting the Ghost Edition as well.

Honestly... for $150 the price is right. So much nicer physical content plus the expansion pass? Funny how over on the Bungie site the first comment I see is someone complaining it is too expensive. Bungie has always done Collector's Editions right. I am glad the PlayStation crowd now gets to experience these games from Bungie. :D Can't wait to jump into the beta and full game with the new revamped community. :)

The Ghost Edition is quite expensive in the UK, (more than $100 more expensive than in the US) but when I noticed that it was sold out completely in the UK just days after I got it, It tells me its probably worth it. Go onto eBay and you can already find people selling them for pre-order for over £250 (or $420).

Sam Will Dunno about them but in the Uk we generally don't have to pay for pre-order unless it's like a collectors edition or something. But GAME here in the UK just sent some emails out about u can upgrade your version to the Ghost one (dnt think you can do it with the Limited Edition one). I imagine you can contact support on ure game retailer website or in-store depending how you pre ordered it and they would be able to change your order type since you essentially already paid a deposit.

I'm just worried that the few extra stickers that come with the Ghost Edition (or the mini-ghost replica) are going to have some code on them that give access to some additional digital content that they're not mentioning. If that isn't the case, and the mini-ghost, case, and stickers are really the only difference, I'm fine with limited edition.

You know. As much as i really like the contents of the limited/Ghost editions, i can't really say that i like the look of the red ghost. Maybe if the Ghost was blue or black then maybe i would consider using the new ghost skin in game; but as of now, the white ghost looks ultimately better.

I am glad they're are adding these exclusivity's to the ghost edition. Before hand when I would buy an edition like that to a game, I felt like I only got what game with it, and was never rewarded in game for it. With the ghost (red) and the emblem they have done enough.

Well the only shitty thing is the amount of Ghost editions actually available for ore-order. Most are going to be sold on Ebay with an extra £100-£150 on the already steep price tag. Its unfortunate that the people who actually wanted this edition may miss out :(

Awesome! Limited Edition for me. According to IGN the Limited Edition has the same as the Ghost Edition except the actual life size ghost. I don't need to pay $50/50€ for that. Besides I'm saving money for The Crew as well.

For all the Canadian Amazon buyers, if anyone is wondering why Amazon.ca does not have this or the Limited Edition and is hoping they update it soon, I may have some unfortunate news (this is an educated theory, do not take this too seriously) Unlike most online retailers, Amazon does not exclude anyone inside the country of Canada, which means if you can buy an item in the province of Alberta, you'll be able to buy it in a province such as Quebec.
