These raid weapons are fine. Their creativity is in their simplicity, as it reflects SIVA. SIVA as it is now is a virus used to infect and edit. Similar to the Taken, SIVA is altering things we already know, which is reflected by the standees weapon models containing subtle influences of SIVA. That's actually really cool.

The armory does not show its details. Go back to the cosmodrome reveal stream, the black auto that was being used was the skin of the raid auto. It IS a previous weapon design, but it has a ton of siva elements to it, such as those siva veins, a kick ass sight, the siva emblems, shoots siva energy....I think they nailed this. Amazing rolls, great designs that fit the theme

I'm loving the raid pulse rifles.I use all the hakke pulse rifles and this will be in the collection. Kackis you said the paired perk for full auto is not likely to be used in PvP but the three bursts used in the one target will kill but the next burst does extra damage. Period. meaning the first burst on the next target (if you don't reload) does bonus damage to possibly a 2 burst kill.... just a thought

In my opinion, I think Bungie made these simple weapon designs on purpose. Just regular weapons suddenly upgraded with SIVA. It makes sense. But I guess they could have added some little details, such as the wires and weird diamond things on them. All I would have asked for.

The 'Wait for It' perk is a guaranteed version of clown cartridge, you get an extra shot from this air but this perk is a guaranteed, so long as you have no ammo in the magazine.

I just want to touch on the Raid machine gun perks for a second. The triple tap perk gives you a FREE bullet out of thin air ala space magic. the Triple Double perk moves a bullet from your RESERVES to the magazine. The way you were wording it made it sound like you're getting 2 free bullets for every triple tap which isn't the case. I still foresee a lot of extra bullets though simply from moving the bullets over

The weapons do have SIVA wires all over them too, it's just not shown in the armory. Remember the scout that we'd always see in the previews? Still not much of a new design, but it's something I guess.

Actually I believe the Raid MG is similar to the archtype the Vanguard MG. I love it since I have a god roll on it, but the triple double wombo combo sounds amazing. I think the problem is not that they are bland, but rather the model online is not accurate. Take a look at the Scout rifle and compare it to the videos where it is shown with red tendrils covering the weapon.

Are those perks only gonna be for the raid weapons or will it be something all legendary weapons get. In Taken King we got a special perk for the raid weapons and all other perks we could get to n most weapons. Whirlwinds Curse would be like the Taken King raid weapons but if we don't know now tomorrow or Friday more like it we will if other guns can get that. I could see those combos making the raid weapons more like VOG weapons where people use the raids weapons more than other weapons

The only thing I'm interested in is the sniper/shotgun and the Siva pulse rifle. I hope the raid weapons look better in game than they do in the website. Exotics don't have to be the only weapons that are unique. Legendaries should be legendary for a reason. Let all the white/blues be redskins. Thats how I feel at least.
