If Destiny ever gets a TV series like Bungie says they want it to I feel like this would be the best song to open it up to. It gives me the same vibes that the opening of Game of Thrones does. It makes you want to listen to it all the way through without pressing the "skip intro" button.

Unfortunately, we will never get music like this back in destiny. There was a whole debacle back in the taken king with Marty O’Donnell, who was largely responsible for this amazing music, and bungie, who showed his music in the official E3 trailer, but immediately began to create their own music instead of using his. He filed a complaint to activision and they didn’t listen. He was furious, but he still had an agreement to finish up destiny’s soundtracks. Other people who worked with him thought he wasn’t contributing as much as he should, so bungie fired him without cause. He took this to court, and won the lawsuit against bungie, putting them on very bad terms and forcing bungie to never hire him again. This song is part of an amazing eight movement piece of work called “music of the spheres”. He somehow managed to collaborate with Paul McCartney from the Beatles, with him making an original song for destiny called “hope for the future.” I highly recommend you check those songs out.
