After what you mentioned about the Dregs having the chance to send out seekers upon death, this makes me think that the pulse rifle that you believe is the raid exotic weapon is just a raid legendary primary. The ability on the gun might be something that turns those seekers from the dregs against their own allies. As a perk like this is very situational, I don't think that they would waste it on an exotic, but then again.....

I think a rifle along the lines of touch of malice that used siva nanotech to temporarily take over the user would be cool. If you get down to the last round, instead of taking your life, the nanobots take you over and you essentially become a temporary npc. In pvp, you would become a danger to both sides. The cool thing with this though would be the ability of the opposing side, in pvp, to punch you and make you a temporary ally with the iron artifact. Just an idea I had, but I think it could really be cool.

maybe during the death Zamboni you have to destroy a certain amount of siva nodes or unique enemy's that are protected by tons of aids and if the zamboni passes this he speeds up making it harder to complete this sounds like a lot of fun

I was reading through some Grimoire cards when I thought of something, that made me very confused. How did we actually survive the Collapse? If the darkness actually attacked us head on, why didn't it destroy the Traveler when it had the chance. Rasputin shot the Traveler down to prevent it from escaping, so why wasn't it finished off for good? The Guardians only really appeared much later. If anyone has some ideas, I'd love to hear them, especially Byf's.

2 completely different zones mate. The old cosmodrome will stay as it was. The ROI cosmodrome will have a completely seperate version of the map with the old one still being intact for people that play through that content

I noticed that your radar appeared differently in this video than it normally does in game. Specifically, here it has small tick marks of what appears to be varying size around the edges (versus the current normal radar that is just a smooth curve with no tick marks around the edges). I really want to see what they've done with the Telesto, MIDA & Invective (yes ornaments confirmed!!) I'm fully prepped & ready for ROI, I've got all my factions & vendors edged & ready to go. I've got a bunch of exotic & legendary engrams ready to decript (mainly for the marks & shards). I've pretty much done everything I can do to prepare for this expansion. I've even saved all my Iron Banner & Trials bountys because they give you 25 legendary marks (LM) each so that's 75 + 75 (150LM) per character (450LM total) plus the 200 LM (650LM) on day one to spend plus I've got a vault full & all characters bursting with gear ready to be dismantled for more LM.. Bring it on Bungie, I'm ready to raid !!!!

The Machinist is most likely a raid boss because if you piece together what we've seen it be you fight the machinist, then you go into satans butthole do a jumping puzzle, and then you end up on the wall "fighting" the death zamboni. Of course I could be wrong but that's what I think.

This is a taste of the eliksnis power and if they hadn't destroyed each other after the whirlwind the city would've been destroyed before we were revived the fallen or actually the eliksni owned the traveler before us but then the whirlwind happen causing them to follow it and the fallen showed up weak from fighting each other destroying each other so we thought they were associated with the darkness and so the fallen could've helped fight the darkness as they repair their tech and become strong or stronger that they were before and then when the traveler leaves us we can travel with them

Nope, if you hit them again when the enemies are down, the effect goes out. So melee the enemy, and it goes back to trying to kill you.

no but i do think it will get nerfed 2nd week of trials unless the range is minimal on both the gun n the projectiles..... lets say 2 ppl use the siva pulse 1 uses spindle.... spindle basicly leaves you at 1hit w a body shot then your team mate just pops the guy in the head as u hit the next guy killing both.... obviously situational ik but my team uses spotters for snipers so this is def gunna shake things up

I really don't think the pulse rifle is the raid exotic. Why would they show it to us as often as other weapons if its going to be a secret raid weapon like the ToM they would've not revealed what it's perks would be so early and might not have even shown it. The pulse rifle could be an exotic gotten from a regular quest.

Hey Byf I have to disagree with your thoughts on the pulse rifle being the new exotic. It just seems too out of character for Bungie to show a clip of one of, potentially, the new hardest to get exotics. Plus, and this is just a thought, I don't think the perk will always activate like firefly does. It just seems a tad overpowered. From playing Destiny since Beta I am guessing it be a "chance" perk. So a precision kill has a chance to proc the perk. Anyway, love the vids! Bye :)

It lasts for about a minute so it wont be random when they change back. You just need to be able to roughly count a minute in your head then wait for it to be hostile again.
