Hey Byf, a quick correction, SIVA was released from the Cosmodrome, deep inside the vaults of Rasputin. This most likely happened through them digging through the tunnels in the Cosmodrome and finding the vault in which the SIVA was contained by the dying Iron Lords. The proof for the SIVA being from the Cosmodrome is what they said about the raid, how it would be to confront the source of the SIVA, which is behind the now broken walls of the Cosmodrome.

Pause at 3:56. If your timing for the pause is spot on, you can see the saber 2 in the bottom left, and , if you look at the health bar of the machinist, it has a shine to it. You probably recognize it from crotas shield that had to be taken down before your sword guy attacked him, along with the shield the Templar had until you shot it with the relic. I think it would be a raid boss because it doesn't make sense to have a strike boss summon a boss from a strike in a different year.

That sucker also has an overshield. You can see the white bar above the yellow one. Wonder if it's a unique one and not a standard elemental one. About the updated strikes, I wonder if the new cosmodrome will be used for the updated strikes? Do you think we'll have to find some alternate routes do to the blizzard that hit it? There was some pretty significant amount of snow in the Rocketyard near the entrance that leads to the Sepiks strike.

Septiks Prime has the highest probability of being one the redone Strikes. He is the Prime Servitor of the Devils, he is specifically pointed out in TTK, He is one the oldest strike bosses(in terms of our encounters), and He is the closest to a machine God that we have faced. S.A.B.E.R 2 has a chance but is a relatively new boss, Taniks also has a good chance. However The Archon Priest has just recently been redone, SO he is the least likely .

Now as someone who knows practically nothing of the destiny lore, I'm not sure if this is possible, but what if some of the taken fallen that were present on earth interacted with SIVA, making them taken-siva hybrids? I doubt that'll be in the game, but it's just an interesting thought.

but byf as far as the destiny campaign goes we already killed tanikks but if your talking about replay or an alternative like winters run how it can be a taken or regular strike it would make sense but i dont think tanniks will be modified with siva since hes technically slain already.

I dont think taniks will be remade, i think sepiks, saber, and the first part of omnigul will be remade with siva, and nexus/phogoth will be brought to year 3. It just doesn't make sense for the siva tech to be on the moon.
