I will never get over the fact that the guy who sees himself as some intellectual rationality powerhouse quite literally tried to argue that not reading certain books on something means you don’t know what you’re talking about…..while also not having read those same books therefore having absolutely zero idea of those books would even be relevant to the conversation. Just let that sink in. Just how absolutely mind numbingly stupid that is. And then the same guy watches a destiny video and basically has nothing to say except that destiny is stupid and a liar. the idea that if you know a certain area you should be at least familiar with certain books has its merit, but PS used it awfully for two reasons : >the field they were discussing was clearly broad enough such that that should not be just a handful of books and >it had no place in that conversation - added absolutely nothing productive to the convo. I can only imagine they did that because they are unaware, because that probably looks optically bad even for their "fans". that said, Im not so sure of that, given that a person so obnoxious has followers in the first place.

yes, crocodilians are often considered reptiles, BUT crocodilians are more closely related to birds than the rest of the squamate reptiles (lizards, geckos, snakes, turtles, etc.). so if you want to consider crocodilians reptiles, you also have to consider birds reptiles

@@williamcozart8158 fact is, birds are reptiles. And it's not arbitrary. Birds, like all reptiles have cloacas, scales (feathers are essentially modified scales). I encourage you to go to the Wikipedia reptile page too. Birds are grouped under there. This is how clades work in biology regardless of how intuitively related something is, a clade just represent the entirety of an a ancestral grouping. Unless you are somehow arguing for a colloquial definition of something based on perceived phenotypical characteristics, but then we aren't you arguing that we call whales fish?

@@DMoneys36 yeah, the modern classifications are going through an overhaul because of the incorporation of evolution by natural selection. if you think about it, most chordates after protochordates and agnata are in fact fish, so amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals are technically vertebrate fish

I did what Dan suggested a couple of years ago, went to a vape store and got a nice setup. For the most part he is correct, it will give you the same sensation and the closest I have ever gotten to quitting, did it for about 3 months. Edge is a great browser. I was too lazy to install Chrome when I setup my recent PC and I thought I'd try it. It's surprisingly good. Bing actually has some features that Google doesn't have. The ability to search for houses for sale/rent is pretty interesting for real-estate.
