+Jessica Abigail It depends on where you live and what kind of 3DS you have (since 3DS games are region locked), but basically any store that sells games could have them in stock. If you can order online, Amazon should have them. And if you're okay with digital games, you can buy them off of Nintendo eShop. If you live in NA (or imported a NA 3DS), you can also order RF4 and SoS off of XSEED's website. GameStop/EBGames would be a good store to check since they're likely to have copies in stock. I live in the US, so I got ANB from Target, and bought RF4 and SoS on eShop. If you live in EU/AUS (or imported a PAL 3DS), you can only get RF4 through eShop as it never got a physical release. I think ANB and SoS both have physical and digital releases there, but not entirely sure.

What are your thoughts on this game? I love Harvest moon and Im interested in a new one to play.

+lanie marie I'm really bad at explaining my opinions on things, but personally, this is my favorite handheld HM/SoS game. I like pretty much all of the characters this time, like the vendor/trading aspect of the game, and really like the localization job that XSEED did. There are some annoying aspects to it, but that's true for any HM game. The beginning can be a little slow and annoying until you unlock more vendors (because you can only sell things on certain days). You can't unlock certain things like animals for years and you need their wool/fur to make certain outfits (I think the last animals that unlock are in year 4). And the grinding aspect to unlock the last 2 vendors can be annoying (it hasn't bothered me personally, but others really hate it).
