2020 was difficult for everyone..but it was a time to step back and reevaluate our lives..grt to know and spend more value time with family..read more books...write more..do thing for the house that need to be done...it was a difficult time for sure...

Thanks for sharing helpful stuff. We have to be "intentional" about our goals and changes we want to make. Having a journal is a tool/aid that helps me be intentional. It's like this:....I'm writing this down, this is my list, this is what I'm going to do. Example: I wanted to pray more. I got a prayer journal, its on my kitchen table, I write daily prayers for the week, and I do it.

Great video guys. Destiny got a couple of suggestions for you:1)collagen powder- great for skin hair nails everything. Odorless colorless and tasteless powder that you can add to tea or coffee. My regimen is to have a cup of tea every morning with the collagen powder in it makes a tremendous difference.2) check out KZbin channel for dr. Josh axe - he is a holistic practitioner and he will be perfect for you and Mitch has goals of going a more natural route on your eating Etc.3) you don't need a bunch of vitamins as you shift to Amore organic way of eating you will get the things that you need. I would encourage a prenatal vitamin daily - not necessarily for babies of course but these prenatal vitamins are like jet fuel for your hair. Strength, shine an incredible growth will come from taking these prenatal vitamins. I don't have a particular brand in mind just search around and see what feels good for you. I personally can't take big horse pills so I take liquid prenatal I found mine on Amazon.4) lastly - and this one hurts I know but cut back on your coffee. Caffeine is dehydrating so it's not good for your skin or your hair. You need more water. I'm a coffee enthusiastic as well so this one was a hard pill to swallow. I have moved over to green tea and I do still drink an occasional Starbucks or chai latte😝. Blessings to you both and safe transition to 2021!
