I agree with you. I personal enjoy being married and being a mother because, my hubby is so hands on with everything. He provides our family with what we need. He helps me ALWAYS around the house and with the kids. He books me spa days cause I like to relax, we also have my parents and his parents helps us if we need it. He paid for my education, I get to work from home and still have my career. So with that said, Candace Owens has a point in some ways but so does Amani. For me, when I hear women say they love being a mom and wife, they have all the support especially from their husband. For women who don’t like being a mother or wife is because they have no support at all. Candace needs to look at it from the other angle too. A lot of women don’t want children today cause it is ALOT of work, but for Candace and women like me it is easy dude to our situation. I would love to see Amani and Candace do a sit down together. I also want to point out that the main problem women have when it comes to having a unified family is the….MAN. Something to think about. 🤷🏽♀️😌

Honestly, it should be illegal to use a clip out of context. Candace completely left out the part of the clip where the man that Candace is agreeing with admitted that he is a single father at 30 and plans to date around (meaning sleep around and possibly breed children that will be raised in a single mother household) till he’s ready to settle down at around 50 to 60 years old. He also admitted that he is actively teaching his daughter that her purpose is to be a loyal wife and mother and to accept that her future husband will probably cheat on her because men are wired differently. Candace is calling a woman selfish for recognizing that she probably won’t be a great mother;therefore, she shouldn’t have kids. But, the man, who most likely is a deadbeat, is not selfish because he had a child?? This man is a perfect example as to why a lot of women are choosing not to have kids and Candace completely glossed over that to insult a woman

Relax people Candice is always into peoples business because she doesn’t have a happy life of her own. Happy people don’t attack other people all day. So who is really miserable Candice or the lady who has decided to take control over her life instead of following society norm. Candice has a small audience who she has to make happy by talking about issues that makes them happy and she gets paid. She makes a living by serving people the other lady makes a living by saying how she really feels so who is really miserable? 😂😂😂😂 Candice needs to get paid so she has to say what makes her audience happy. She is boxed in and can’t say or do what she wants because her life is not her own but rather she is owned. A slave can’t understand the mindset of a free woman.

The woman in the flannel is spot on. I was child free until 35 years old and thought it was so weird how hard parents would push parenthood on me. Particularly mothers. It absolutely felt like they were trying to validate their choices by making me feel bad. One time someone asked me, "Don't you feel bad that you've never had kids?" I could have responded, "Don't you feel bad for not traveling the world, building your own business, and having a career?" But I didn't need to say that because I was satisfied with my choices. At 35 I became a mother and now I am 1000% less likely to recommend motherhood to people who aren't convinced. There are so many sacrifices, the stakes are so high, and the role is so all encompassing. I love my daughter and being her mother. I do it all for her, not to fulfill me. My child free life was very satisfying and fulfilling. There are so many ways to be happy. Motherhood is just one option.

lol it is not a sin to not be married and not desire to have children. Infact biblically it’s better to not be in a relationship, only those who can’t control the “burning with passion” were encouraged to get married and have children. even Jesus blesses those who don’t engage in intimacy saying they are blessed in a way that others won’t be because they saved themselves only for Him Side note too. Jesus also said if u can’t love God more than your hub and children, you’re not worthy of Him. (Only saying this because Candance claims Christianity)

Some of these parents are so bitter. My cousin had a long journey to a baby including IVF and miscarriages and at the end of 2022 she and her husband adopted a baby girl. Sometimes when I talk about her to other people I almost cry bc I'm so happy for her. She and her husband are wonderful parents who always wanted to be parents. I will never understand the reason why some parents come at child free people instead of just being happy there aren't more unwanted children in the world. Let people do what works for them. We are not miserable bc we are single with no children. We're the happiest demographic.

Constantly insulting her, downplaying her career, etc. I always knew even from a young age that their relationship was abnormal and it’s honestly scary for someone to even bother having children knowing they never wanted to be a parent. I am grateful to God that my mom wanted me and we have an amazing relationship considering how bad hers was with her own mom.

As a mother, an astrologer, wife and an overall working person, there is so much to say on this topic. In my astrological practice I see a lot of people who are literally here to do other things than be a parent. Maybe to be of service to the world.. maybe to create a friendship group that becomes their own family.. maybe to go on their own spiritual journey to understand themselves or heal. I am a parent and I also have passions that are outside of my children. I hate that this argument is so binary.. there is more things to life other than no kids and be happy OR kids and be miserable… I hate that women are not able to be supported after they have children so that they can take care of themselves.. I will admit that i have a lot of support and I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish all of my achievements without my husband and family. I see a lot of my friends with kids that don’t have the support and struggle. So it depends on a lot variables as to why a person chooses not to have children. Whether it is a calling to do other things.. fear of passing down ancestral trauma to their children or just because their purpose in life is to enjoy their life and have fun.. I have seen this in people’s charts. Anyways we are on our own special journeys and we should never judge and definitely not blast people for their choices.❤

For women who espouse traditional womanhood where women had no voice or opinions, they hold such strong opinions. Do they think a return to traditional womanhood would exclude them? Furthermore, the algorithms push suggestions on gender and race wars as being the most attractive content as it pulls eyes for ads on YT. It's the machine seeing this is a popular topic and pushing for it. We would do better to ignore them so that it becomes less of an issue.

As a mother, I support people who do not want children. I can't imagine my life without my children, and I believe motherhood is one of the best feelings I've ever experienced. I also know that being a parent is the hardest thing I've ever done in my life, and there are no do overs. Children deserve parents who want to be parents; parents who are willing to make all the necessary sacrifices it takes to raise & love children. If you aren't willing or able to do that, I RESPECT you for not bringing children into a situation that will be harmful to their development as functional human beings. We have no right to say people are selfish who do not choose to be parents. Making a decision not to be a parent knowing you do not want to be, or can not be is a very admirable act. Save that heat for people who bring children into this world knowing they don't want them. That's the real issue.
