As always, nicely done. Nonetheless, I am surprised that you didn't (or at least didn't show) treating the wooden parts to make sure none of the beetle infestation was still active. Items used in or around food are not good candidates for fuming. However, both freezing and heating work as well. Freeze the items at 10F (-12C) three or four days. Alternatively, heat the items to 130F (55C) for 4 to 6 hours. I'm notoriously impatient, so I usually opt for the heating while I do other operations. Love your videos. The results are always stunning.

@@ommsterlitz1805 yes, but nickel in stainless steel is more stable than in its pure form like by plating it. Im not saying plating this cheesegrater will get him sick, but there is a reason pure nickel metals dont get used in the food industry. My grandma used to cook for us in her old metal pots, when i started my job i had a bloodtest done to check my blood metal levels and nickel was highly elevated, later i found out these pots weren't stainless Steel but copper Pots with nickel plating. Dear Tysy, some random thoughts: I would have made new wooden parts. Why? Because is evident that termites caused all those holes in the wood. I already saw in the comments that you used food grade products, but it would have been great if you would have mentioned them as you went along. The moment I saw the hopper falling apart I thought the video was over and done! 😱 How did you repair the inside of the hole? Did you cut and solder another sheet of metal? You didn't show the restoration of the screws and nuts. I would assume you sandblasted and polished them as you have shown on other videos. Those golden screws are simply beautiful. In my opinion, 120 euros was too much. As always, you work is top notch. A pleasure to watch. Nicely done! P.S. I love cheese! Cheese is one of the greatest inventions of all time. 🧀🧀🧀🧀

Her mother did not respect her will and wouldn't let me in to get all my stuff from her home. The copper hair ornament shined like red/orange flames and each chain link was set snug an polished to bot grab hairs. It's a work of art. So my little steap sister took it an then left it in a car cup holder under a shake for a week. It's dull an the beads on them cracked an screwed.
