100% being before the crack, how would u rate the integrity of the structure after the repair works? back to 100%?

Yes back to 100% otherwise it can’t be warrantied. Wall thickness and carbon fibre density the same. Have you got a problem with your bike?

Hi V. It depends entirely on the type of fracture or the location of the issue. In cycling repairs there are 2 criteria:1-carbon interlocking on thin sections. 2- form retention before and during curing. The process for which will vary depending on the type of fracture and location. On other types of carbon fibre craft such as aviation, boating and formula 1, the process can afford more options due to the relative generous carbon sections, but vacuum bagging in itself is only 1 solution to achieve a strong repair.
