Everything still hurts a bit. The blunt was okay actually its weird stuff like when I land on my toes.

What's the secret to keeping those vertical blunt slides mine still looking like over tail slides

For me, it's all in my shoulders and putting all the weight on my back foot. The shoulders are important to keep closed so it's easier to pop out.
