Have to say, girls. I really liked it when you did the Makeup Breakup and then re-pressed the colours. The analysis that you went into about pigmentation, quality of the product and THEN you broke it up, was what I really liked about Makeup Breakup. This breaking it just for the sake of breaking it and the only analysis is the weighing of the box, is just not as interesting for me, personally. Oh how I’ve missed the makeup breakup! I actually clicked so fast on the notification that I almost dropped my phone on my new kittens heads (they were sleeping right beside me) I will say I was disappointed not to see this episode sooner, but very glad it released on a day off, or I would still have to wait another 8 hours before I could watch! I really ❤️ that Shane sent his seal of approval and request for destruction and that he is pulling from his personal stockpile to do so. Off to watch for the third time as that beautiful palette becomes one dusty brown shade all over again.

Lisa Lightrider that may be the case in your personal opinion but I’m 29 and wasn’t ever really too interested in eyeshadows at all, lippies and only lippies are my thing. But this palette seriously inspired me to go all the way I to research on how to properly apply eyeshadow so it makes an actual look. But in all honesty, I don’t think you care about all I just wrote because people who say a hype isn’t „deserved“ instead of „justified“ are usually people who feel that way because of the person who created the product, not the product itself. Because they have a problem with the person themselves.

pretty sure you're being rhetorical, but it's because when you add multiple wavelengths of colored light they cancel each other out. If you think of a prismatic rainbow all those colors split from white light. So if you have the right amount of each color of light you can reform white light, pigment of course are not light so when you blend opposite colors it turns brown.

That's what I was thinking. Seeing it everywhere I thought no I can't wear most of those, but seeing them close up like that there was probably only a couple I probably wouldn't wear. The texture seems really good too. Even the matts didn't seem too powdery.

I liked seeing the uniform colour that was developed after combining it all, and looks like 'not a fact' was the dominant pigment of the pallet, that is a gorgeous colour!!
