Essentially one side plays something and the other side plays something different. since the music discs are essentially records i will now be mailing mojang every day until they make a second type of jukebox that plays a B side to each disc.

I think it's great as is but I feel like there was a missed opportunity to use really intense voices and strings in there or maybe even brass and using the harmonic minor scale over this, then it would feel really spanish probably. All I see wrong with it is that once it gets to a certain point the intensity never increases or lowers for a really long time and it's almost like the song has no chorus or verses, just the key change towards the end to make things different.

No it isn't. It's in 6/8. You are probably counting too slow and confusing the 4 bar long phrases for the actual time signature. Try counting at a similar speed to that continuous background line and you'll be in 6/8. (The original Creator is in specifically 3/4 btw, you can tell which by where the beat falls)
