We are the same! I just two strand twisted mine last night. Even though I’m a year in I keep my ends curly so my ends don’t look locd. My end result looks like yours and I deff feel awkward. Idk how long I’m gonna keep them in lol. But since I locd my hair I’m also super tender headed. I hate keeping styles in for more than a day or two 😭
