I would be interested in seeing how it would look on trim

You did a very good job at getting the product into those really tricky lines on the sidewall. Michelin (and other brands) need to understand the frustration of detailers 😂

Looks good. I think I would prefer probably a 1:2 or even 1:3 ratio. I love the fact that it's dilutable. Great job, Eddie and Jamie. Thanks for sharing, Mike.

I absolutely love this dressing. I used it 4:1 and I’m very happy with the matte look. Nice Demo Mike! Thanks! Happy Thanksgiving!

So far my favorites are: Adam’s Graphene VRP, CarPro Pearl ,Turtle Wax Graphene Acrylic Tire Shine and Stoner’s Trim Shine. I love all 4 because I get the Matt black finish 👌

MIke, have you ever tried the Ethos Graphene Shine? I tried it just on a whim, and it was actually pretty good. Like many, it loses its sheen after a few weeks, but the tire stays black like new. I moved on to Nero now, and that starts off as glossy, but already tones down by the next day. After driving in the rain a few days, it's still there, but any gloss is gone. So many to try, it keeps things interesting.
@MikeGDetailingАй бұрын
@@waterhose4130 I have used Ethos and agree that it is pretty good. It’s always fun to try different tire dressings.
@JuicefreeАй бұрын
From my experience water based dressing make the tire all nasty and brown and dont last like you said you might not notice if your applying every week and they only last a week and if you drive thru a puddle now you have a ugly looking tire but a good solvent based dressing is deff the way to go 🙌
@79blustoneАй бұрын
Heres a thought- most tyre dressings and sealants loose their gloss but still able to bead up meaning theres protection left behind still. Chemists need to work on gloss durability! Until then, you could use Ghost and top up with thos each week to restore the satin/ gloss finish if Ghost weakends after time. Im guessing with ADS Ghost most of the dirt is far easier to clean off? And just a little touch over with this or something else? I wonder how Ghost plays with this product over time? Obviously you would only use an additional tyre product once Ghost dulls down.

It looks like it is lacking a bit on the darkening aspect, or does it just look that way on camera? OG Tire Dressing is still my current favorite for a traditional dressing, but I think Ghost is going to be my go-to for my winter Nokian tires that seem to reject everything else.
