Hi, I wrote to Barrel exhaust on this and they asked me to refer "www.barrelexhaust.com/blog" where there is an article about legality of aftermarket accessories in India. I went through this and they are also mentioning that the laws are unclear. To summarise I would say that they are giving no guarantee that their products will not attract any penalties if used. It can depend on the officials
