I love the 1958 edition and the simple and durable cloth seats. I would love to swap the front bumper to the rectangular lights, which you probably can do.

@ToyotaJeff Hoping Toyota cleans up the 4/7 pin connectors and hitch cover area, starting with Sequoia, I feel like they haven't spent a lot of time making that area look as clean as in previous vehicles. Were you able to get any info on the anticipated fuel tank capacity?

If you have a current gen 4Runner there is little reason to upgrade to Land Cruiser unless you must have the Land Cruiser Logo

I cant seem to find a straight answer anywhere about how comfortable the seats are. Ive been in other modern toyotas and they dont pass the road trip test. 3-4 hrs and the butt falls asleep.

Made in the same factory as the Lexus. Built by seasoned people who take pride in their work. I've owned Mercedes, BMW, and other, so called luxury vehicles. Americans have no idea what constitutes "Luxury". I consider my Limited a Land Cruiser "light". Built like a tank with Climate Control, Heated and Ventilated seats, Leather and many more of the creature comforts like the "full sized" Land Cruiser. We have two 4 runners...........if it's not a Toyota........we aren't interest........@@Toyotajeff

Yea….great….mid 50s and bragging about cloth seats. Quit toting their water. Plus that hybrid power train won’t last. Basically an Isuzu trooper from the 90s. Car prices have gotten out of hand.

How does this have anything to do with 1958?? His whole deal was how neat all the 2023 gadgets are. Toyota has ruined the Land Cruiser. This is a Land Cuiser Prado, ie: a Lexus GX. I have an idea...how about just bringing the 70 series Land Cruiser to the US? It's still being made and sold all over the world....triple locked, solid front axle, 4.0 V6 and...(gasp for the magazine editors who turn their nose down at anything they have to do themselves...)....MANUAL heat, A/C and transfer case levers!!! They'd sell every one they imported. I'd buy 2.
