Few questions: I don’t have a cheese cloth, what does the cloth do? What kind of pan is this? Will any pan work? Thank you looks delicious
@SoeFoods
@SoeFoods 4 жыл бұрын
The cheesecloth generates heat for faster cooking. And yes any pan will work.

Can I use foil instead of cheese cloth to cover the pot while cooking?
@SoeFoods
@SoeFoods 3 жыл бұрын
The acid in tomato reacts with foil, so I wouldn't advise that. You can just turn the rice over a few times and it should be fine

So do you keep stirring every 3-5 min for the water to go down before you put your meats inside?? When do you know to put your meat
@SoeFoods
@SoeFoods 2 жыл бұрын
You add the beef, kielbasa and chicken in right after you add the water. The shrimp goes in at the last minute, when the water is fully dried

I was thinking,maybe you could have cooked a soup with the shrimps and meat,before frying it;in that you could have used the soup to cook the rice. I preferred washing rice at all times before cooking it.
