High water pressure is so important to me. I would not relax my hair when the water pressure is low because it takes to long for the relaxer to get out of my hair and timing is everything to maintain healthy hair

motions conditioner is the only thing that will take extreme tangles out and make my hair more managable. It literally takes 2 minutes in the shower with a plastic cap. Silicone mix helps but usually with some heat.

I'm using Motions this weekend and I'm following the fine hair instructions..I planned on using Olaplex 1 in my relaxer and Olaplex #2 for 10 minutes after then neutralizer 3 times...is that ok?
