I believe you can allow someone pick it up for you, but you have to sign that they can collect it on your behalf.

Most people use their local banks but there’s the exchange rate however there are people here who make the payments on peoples behalf

Tbf, you need to send your document to admission office to verify for sure if your degree is sufficient for the course of study you wish to study

Does the university have a graduation ceremony for international students? I haven’t seen anything about a graduation ceremony and I’m curious about that aspect

@@Maddy-fd2uf yes they do but it depends on the department and faculty. Mine did not do graduation ceremony for Masters students because we were a handful.

Depends on if you have used language other than English in your previous education. If your country is not an English speaking country and you used your local language for education back home, then you need IELTS.
