Great video!! Please what temperature did you set your oven to and how long did it bake for? Also did you have to add any steam at all?

Yaa, I didn't add any steam and I use a gas stove so I set it to 120 for about 5 mins before I put them in. Much liove

Do you know the man? Cos i never knew i could take my dough to a bakery for kneading at a fee. Plus i realised he didnt use warm water. And the dough is allowed to to rise once? The bread looks good though

About the though rising once, I was shocked the first time I saw the double rising. I intentionally walked to the mill so we can learn how commercial bakers does theirs. That was the first time I met him but I know its a common practice in afidi dan mu. He even gave me his number because I gave him just 6 cedis for mixing the dough for me 😍

Ena you would get the locally made pans from those that sells cake tins. A pan is 12 cedis here. I’m glad you find it helpful
