I tried your recipe and it turned out great! I keep repeating it with some added ingredients, such as cinamon and walnuts. Sometimes I do it with 5 strand braid. Thank you so much.

This is THE BEST challah recipe EVER! I was drawn to this video by the calm music and short explanation. I’ve made challah several times before and failed to get a soft and airy bread. With a little help from Google along the way I managed to make perfect challah that was finished by my friends. ❤

I plan on making these for Easter and sprinkling multi-colored sprinkles ( nonpareils ) on the top instead of seeds. I will add golden raisins to the dough as well.

Thanks for the measurements in grams and milliliters. Will try the recipe. It would be so much easier if the whole world used scales....... They cheap and easy to use and then we would all have the same measurements and no guessing whether it is a full cup, a packed cup or whatever! 100g is 100g, 50 ml is 50ml.
