Visa appointment booking is different. According to what pple who went to embassy said, that the visa application will be done by the vfs but then dates aren't available yet

I called ministry of education and they said yes, but the person must bear the same surname with you. U will also tell ur university to write a letter to MOE confirming that you graduated from there. That's the new law from February

There are schools that allows you to apply without legalisation, then when list is out, they might give you 2weeks to submit the legalised doc, otherwise you forfeit the admission. Some schools will allow you till Oct 31st 2024 before you submit the legalised doc. Otherwise, you wait for the next phase of application
