Hello brother, thanks for giving answers for my said question in the concerned video. Now brother can you say what is "A law" and "The law" from the Jurisprudential context even the jurist like N.L. Mitra failed to answer by showing his anger to evade from this question when I got the opportunity to ask him when he came to our University when I was persuing LL.M. and right now I am pursuing MBA. You can take the help of book by Prof. Nomita Aggarwal and so on but you will get nothing in V.D. Mahajan. However I am very much happy that you came front with nice presentations which is excellent in every respect and your preparation is up to the mark in Jurisprudence as because Jurisprudence is one of the subject which is at the top hate list of students of law and even most of the teachers of law school are not well versed in this subject.

I dont know the difference between 'the law' and 'a law' from jurisprudential aspect and thank you bro, if yoh hadn't allowed me to take the help of the book i couldn't have thought of it at all. About answering the question, i will surely try to find out as soon as this question is asked in a competitive exam, which I doubt will ever happen, Studying or teaching Jurisprudence is not my passion, I teach it because it's in syllabus, I like helping the students, there is no affinity towards the subject so i wont waste time on researching a question which has low importance from exam point of view.

The importance of legislation enacted by judges has been overemphasized. Realists have placed an excessive amount of emphasis on litigation and the human aspect of the law, and they have been completely unaware of the vast majority of the law that does not even come before the courts for judgment purposes, according to the critics.
