Thanks for another interesting video, I started out using Autoglym products, but I've moved away as I've learnt about the detailing world. I do however like their polar series and still use them on my cars.

I nearly spat out my coffee when you said £15.00 for a litre of pre mixed apc, that profit margin has to be gargantuan for AG. I can see the apeal though for the type of customer that you mentioned and someone who hasnt delved into the realm of concentrates and dilution ratios Its a firm nope from me though, great review non the less.

As you say, for the home user who dabbles in car cleaning then it's easy to grab this off the shop shelf. For everyone else who is avid car cleaner, or a detailer, the price and the fact it's pre-mixed and ready to go is a no-go.

Does it really say safe on leather? I can’t see that on product description online and at PH13.1 I wouldn’t want to use it on mine, seen a graph showing swelling effects that lead to cracking and outside the range of 5-8 that increases massively.

That is way tóoooooo expensive for an APC Autoglym. It looks impressive at removing traffic film as you show but Autoglym seems to be late to the party.

They got a pro range where you can get 5 litres a lot cheaper, may not be the exact same product but then again might be the same

@@TheDetailingSpace Autoglym Professional Clean All 5L is £24 in gsf car parts and it can’t be that hard for someone to follow some instructions on dilution, we got dilution ratio calculator apps aswell

Great video mate. Autoglym aren't the sexiest brand out there but everything they sell works exactly as described. So as you say it certainly looks a capable APC. I agree it's marketed to retail and so anything high strength would be a concern in the wrong hands. Obviously you are paying a fair chunk ultimately for a bottle of mostly water so won't suit us all. Really well explained mate 🤟🤟

I agree and disagree with u. As u say this is a ready to go retail product which handy to keep in the car for spillages and a quick clean and it says it safe on leather which is usual for a all purpose cleaner. Autoglym are massive in the professional market with them and auto smart and I used both professionally. If u want a concentrated all purpose cleaner u got there clean all which is available in 5 ltrs for about £25 if u shop a round which is a product I use daily and has a great smell and cleaning power. The weekend warrior has the 1 ltr bottle the pro detailer has clean all

Yeah, but as you say, 5l concentrate for £25.... Assume you mix it at 10:1, that's 55l for £25, which is cracking value... I get the "ease of use" aspect for this product and target audience, but it needs to be nearer a tenner

that would cost you about 50p if you used surfex hd at a 10/1. Just not realistic
