Very clever. I hope you submitted your ideas to Lectric. IMO, this mod should come standard with the bike. I’m currently considering this bike, but its weight and my inability to lift it into my vehicle are keeping me from pulling the trigger. With your mods, I could see using a ramp after folding as a feasible solution. P.s. would you share a drawing or the specs of your custom nut? I bet you could sell them.

My newest video shows using an old metal kid’s slide as a ramp. My bike was not folded. It easily rolled into my Honda Fit. I could carry 1 or 2 more if I had no passenger.

How do you remove the battery?

With the bike folded in half, the battery falls out. I added. Two strips of the soft half of Velcro to increase the friction.
