Thanks for videoing this. I felt distracted the morning you spoke about this and, subsequently missed half of what you were saying. This allowed me to really listen and digest what I was hearing. Every time I got distracted in thought [which was many, ha] I could backtrack [as I did, several times!]. So, now, I am feeling better prepared for class and can explore the material you sent, without pressure.
