There is a growing trend. More-and-more large numbers of youths are walking into shops and simply helping themselves. The cops keep away from them; and they do so because they know the youths will attack them. In the USA there are feral groups of 150-plus ganging together to do this. This number will happen here, too. The cops won't touch them for they'll be too busy harassing, detaining and arresting the mentally and physically disabled; the elderly; the homeless and those just queueing at a open- air food bank.

I did some "work " at west Ham's stadium during football games. Got to know who was who with the local touts and trust me, its organised crime to the roof and back. A Section 60 means that police officers can search anyone within a specific area and time frame. The police officer doesn't need to have reasonable grounds to stop and search you, but they must explain the reasons you are being stopped, including that there is a Section 60 in place.
