For a police officer, he is about the worst criminal in history. Who drops their gun - registered in their name- at the crime scene?!? Then he sits at home and uses his own account- without a VPN- and conducts all these incriminating searches! He reports his gun stolen but literally tells them "I'm reporting it but I don't want you to do an investigation". He doesn't asks for a lawyer and proceeds to do a long interrogation, thereby locking himself into a story and preventing him from later coming up with explanations. Yea, this guy is no criminal mastermind.

why don't cops have basic psychology training? Why can they never spot the bad guys by personality alone and they can never spot an abuser vs the victim it seems like in Gabby Petitos case? There's enough study material available so there's no reason for them to be so clueless when it comes to psychology and human behaviour. Who hired him? Why are the people hiring never held accountable for choosing to hire predators? Their behaviour is patterned, just like the other people.. so why are cops not seeing these things in front of their own faces and why are they not held accountable for making terrible choices that effect citizens like in this case. The person who hired that monster should be in jail with him. The person who hired him gave him a green light do commit crimes. Why are cops not trained well for the public situations they're supposed to be in control of? I blame the cop who hired him, because that cop can't tell the different between a good person and a bad person by body language, which should be mandatory if you're trying to be in charge of anything. How can you be in charge of the public when you don't understand people and refuse to learn? This is why there's a them against us mentality.. you refuse to learn about the people but think you can tell the people what to do just because you have a shiny star and a small gun. It's a huge problem and people suffer from way too many mistakes by cops that are never held accountable for their bad choices. The cop who hired him needs to be held accountable too.

Their job is collect $ and keep the jails/prisons full so the prisons can't sue the state.They guarantee a VERY HIGH bed count to the prisons. How is that even legal? Idk. It shouldn't be. Locking up humans for profit, innocence be damned, is disgusting.

@SlimmBeauty89
@SlimmBeauty89 15 күн бұрын
I said the same thing but the state has to concur with the family and they have to agree if they want to even offer that. If they don’t, the defense might ask if they are willing to offer one and the prosecution will tell them no. Usually if you go to trial you can ask for a jury to find you guilty or innocent or a judge. It sometimes a lighter sentence if you have a jury decide that over a judge. With him having a jury that can end of convicting him of 2nd degree instead of 1st. I think his side wants it to look like the attack and killing wasn’t planned wasn’t premeditated. When my brother was killed we went to trial and didn’t offer a deal. Just speaking from my experience.

Her Algorithm is wild! I would hate if she was implicated in an investigation, I wouldn’t even believe her story about the searches AND I’M LITERALLY THERE!!! I tell her all the time don’t speak, Always ask for a lawyer. I know deep inside (outside to because I tell her) she’ll start singing like a bird about things that have NOTHING to do with anything! Somehow, She’ll still talk herself right into a custom cell! And she’s the sweetest person I know but I’ll pretend I haven’t seen her a day in my life! 🥴 “My client has no connection with this person, Any evidence that supports otherwise is fabricated!” - *MY LAWYER* I don’t offer any information I don’t have to, No matter who I’m talking to!
