Update: Robinson actually had his conviction for murdering Suzette (his eighth known murder victim), and another victim, overturned in 2015 on a technicality. However the death sentence was upheld for a third victim. He acknowledged the evidence on five others was overwhelming, and was sentenced to LWOP for those without technically admitting guilt, or expressing any remorse. Another victim, Lisa Stasi, took her baby along with her, thinking she was getting a fresh start in life. Robinson told his brother and his sister-in-law that he had heard of a baby up for adoption because of maternal “suicide” , and he charged them several thousand, supposedly for legal fees, and provided very authentic looking adoption papers. The baby was raised by them. She later sued a social worker and a hospital for some part they played in facilitating this; she said she was going to split this with her biological grandmother. And she later also sued Robinson to prevent him from profiting from book sales or film rights.

Because our justice system sucks. And there have been numerous # of people who were under capital punishment despite being innocent. As a result, anyone under capital punishment is entitled to NUMEROUS appeals. And what's worse -- the tax payers pay far greater for those under capital punishment. And in single cells at that. I personally am against capital punishment. I think it's more of a punishment to keep them in general pop. s/n: It's really dumb to lock people up without any methods of rehabilitation yet having high expectations for people to change. And it's even more dumb to lock people up for so long without any resources (in a system designed to keep them in the system) while expecting them to thrive irl like they're some middle class.

If nothing else, we now know that picking people out of lineups is not an accurate way of identifying an assailant. There were a handful of rapes here and in two cases innocent people were charged. That’s very frightening to me. We say there’s a small amount of innocent people in jail this makes me think there’s a very large amount.

This story reminded me of how my ex-abuser ex-husband sat on my chest and grabbed my wrist, and began to punch me on the face. I am not sure if my ex-abuser ex-husband is the one sending me this video or his mistress is trying to tell me that she hates me and wants to hurt me. If anything happens to me, the police will find whoever did it. Because every evil man or woman will always be found no matter where they hide, even if he or she or they hide, they will be found and be punished.
