No. Only one port is used. Keep sample in one holder setting 2 wavelengths in the operating software. It will measure 2 absorbance of sample one after another

In AOAC 980.23 Official method (1983) there mentioned sodium bisulfite (sodium hydrogen sulfite). But in your video there mentioned sodium disulfite (sodium metabisulfite). What is the difference between two procedure? Kindly can you tell me where it is mentioned sodium disulfite?

Sodium Disulfite and bisulfite are same in chemical composition. So, do not panic with it.
