Do you need to find the distance of all the sides or just 2 of them?

just 2 of them, a parallelogram will have congruent opposite sides, if the sides are parallel they have to be congruent

so if the slopes are not the same there is no point using the distance formula even if the answer are the same?

couldn't it also be a rectangle since you only find the slope of two sides and then the length ?
