Looks like the top section has all been smoothed out with that fine grit. Used to be down to the bedrock in places (as in the switchbacks after it merges with the Black). Not ridden there since before Christmas, but they seem to have made a lot of the trails easier than in recent years.

Aye, some of the tracks were closed due to refurbishment but I remember the old black used to be tricky then they chilled it out. Think if they are easier then it's more appealing to riders so more cash. All good fun at the end of the Day 😊🤟🤟🤟👍

@@PhilCrombieMTB Aye indeed, it's a great place. Go fairly regularly as we're less than two hours away (and about the same from Dyfi, and Revs when it was open). Top people running Antur and probably the best uplift around.
