Being on call or working overnight at the water plant and we get a main break. Contacting the poor on call underground guy, tracking where the leak was and stepping up water production to fill the rapidly draining elevated tank . You guys are the true heros on all this. Winter has to be the worst. Nice job with those Hymaxx couplings.

Been nice watching your vids. I spent 22 yrs doing the same..... 1976 - 1998. I feel for ya. You and your crew do a good job, with enough personnel and proper equipment. Keep it up, and when you retire , then it's easier watching vids !! New Hampshire man.

We once had an electrical short in a pump control unit that turned 4 pumps on simultaneously on the 42" gravity main from the water plant.... Line pressure jumped from 33psi to 60+psi over the 6 miles of main before it got into town. We had almost 150 breaks that day, took us 2 days of continuous work to catch them all.

In Canada for your water distribution do you have educational grades such as Grade 1,2,3,4 and so on? Just curious if it’s similar to how it is in California.
