It depends on what kind of swap you need. Something grain free? White rice or cooked quinoa would most likely work similarly, and possibly rolled oats, but I haven't tested that yet.

Thank you . Going to try this . I cant see where to find your vegan option . Its only i am dairy free . Not egg free. So I am going to use vegan parmesqn cheese and hope for the best or maybe another vegan cheese
