I like the fact that they are addressing the "rise of the A.I." even inside the game, like we actually do in real life. It's a nice touch. I hope this character is not the stereotypical bad man that thinks he can do everything, like we already have seen in dozens of movies. But i'm pretty sure is going to be exactly that

I hope this guy is the main villain of the game because he was very convincing and compelling in his arguments, even if he hand waved a lot of the questions (the unemployment problem=who care's!..that alway's happens with the increase in technology, we just have to keep moving forward!). He is also really compelling to listen to, I wouldn't go as far to call him Andrew Ryan levels of great..but I could see him heading in that direction.

The idea is that, that scene is supposed to be a genuine interview of the creator to ensure that the public can be okay with the product he is selling. The CEO is no different from that of a politician. It's interesting that you say how it makes him appear untrustworthy when I just read a comment where someone actually felt like they could believe in what he was saying. If it wasn't for the Terminator music that comes up, I would also say it's true..he really does sound genuine..but it's that mix of the two that make the scene so disturbing. Let me ask you, how is him saying "You can trust me" any different to Nixon and his speach to the American public ensuring them that their president "isn't a crook"?.

Wow 80% of all university professors? I don't know if it is a great idea for androids to be only teaching human beings. I mean in the game they are treated like objects. I also thought about it. Teaching is very important task that is seen as something quite prestigious. I wouldn't have androids which are consider living objects to teach humans. Students wouldn't like to be taught by them since androids are something subordinate to them.

He's fascinated with deviants and actively helps Connor revolt by telling him about the backdoor in his software. He's been said to have left the company because of disagreement with management. And during the Kamski ending, he uses the backlash from the android uprising to take CyberLife back. Hypothesis: Kamski always wanted androids to develop sentience, but his own company's management wanted to keep producing obedient, profitable machines, so he left. Then, he proceeded to give Markus, an advanced one-of-a-kind prototype, to Carl, knowing very well that if anyone is going to unite and lead the androids to freedom, it's Markus. If the revolt succeeds, Kamski gets what he wanted, if it fails, he can use it to reinstate himself as the CEO and take back control. He was going to win either way, the 171 IQ 4D chessmaster he is. Also, there's a deleted scene where he openly declares that he's going to lead the next android revolution, but I guess that was a little bit too on the nose, so they removed it.

Also one of the biggest mysteries in the game for me: Kamski supports deviancy, clearly (he even admits that he specifically writes backdoors into ALL his software along these lines). Amanda (as she appears to Connor at least), most certainly doesn't. Amanda was apparently Kamski's mentor - so you'd think she would have had some influence on his views, seeing as he chose to recreate her in digital form. So the question is, did Kamski originally oppose deviancy, and change his mind over time (leading to a rift with the human Amanda? Maybe she was a part of CyberLife?). Or is the current "Amanda" seen by Connor a newly-programmed version created by the management at CyberLife, more in line with their current policies and less in line with Kamski's original intentions? There's a magazine article early in the game that mentions that the President has close ties to CyberLife. Could it be that the government ousted Kamski from his own company because he was starting to talk about consciousness, etc. for his android creations?
