Gotta be really careful with stuck injectors on these; they can cause a runaway condition. That is why they say to bar over the engine and run the rack if the engine has been sitting.

Hello, its very easy to adjust valve clearance on this engine but not so easy to explain in the comments. kzbin.info Some good videos on this channel that will explain how it is done.

@@theenglishmechanic. Is that the one closest to the front? I have a 4-71 not firing on one cylinder right now. Everything goes up and down, so I’m guessing it’s an injector. You were able to feel the sticking when you moved it by hand?

@@mountainguyed67 it depends on the type of rack you have. If it has a stuck injector the engine will usually not shut off. If the injector is just not firing then the rack will still move normally.
