Anyone that saw Ben running his practices knows he is opposite of what we see on the sidelines and in press conferences. He was snapping on his players to reach perfection. As fans out of emotion we try to downplay his impact but lets be real dude deserves to go where he wants. He did great for us while he was here.

Ben Johnson will always be appreciated for what he did in Detroit. He was a great coach here and the players loved him. But he’s in Chicago now, which means he’s the competition, so rooting for his success is something we can’t do as Lions fans. Appreciate you though, thanks for the comments!

@HonoluluCheesePodcast Montgomery went to Lions. Heck, even Jim McMahon went to the Packers and won a Superbowl. I guess you don't know history or maybe it's because no one ever wanted to go to Detroit or no other division teams ever wanted anyone from Detroit until recently. Just deal with it.
