The Lions had a dynasty in the blue & gray in the 50s, and just went 14-5 in those unis last year, 22-7 over the last 29, so superstition doesn't have credibility either. By that, you must REALLY hate the black, we were hideous in that color... Love that you endured the tough years to be rewarded in the current turnaround, faithfulness is a beautiful thing. At 57 in a few days, I've fought off the Detroit Whine-ons fair-weather bandwagon jumpers for years myself. So whether in the classy, iconic blue, or the trendy-ripoff-black, it should be a great thing again to be a Lions fan this year, enjoy!

I really think the Lions could’ve done better with these uniforms, leaves a lot to be desired with the number font that resembles the pre-Matthew Stafford era, it’s just too basic in my opinion. They’re okay to me, one of those scenarios where could be better could be worse. I think the Detroit should’ve been put on the black uniforms and Lions would be fine for both road and away.
