Wow! This is definitely a classic. Ambassador Bridge is black, RTS Smart and DDOT buses, Tiger Staduim, Renaissance Center without the GM logo...man, that's nostalgic.

Back when the Ambassador Bridge was black, Tiger Stadium was still standing, and no Campus Martius in downtown.

Amazing that you've been on a Korean made Pontiac Le Mans or Acadian ...something as they used to call it in Canada, which was an EU Opel Kadett. GM at its best. Or worst considering what they were doin' at the time in North America. Since i've heard that one of the passengers spoke German, at least in what concerns the car it should 've been familiar.

Does the city look completely different now than it did then.
@danceswithcomicbooks77332 жыл бұрын
@@danielchavira9968 well the chase building and Chrysler building area look the same. Campus Martius wasnt there and people really didn't like being in the city. Honestly I hate it down there now even though it's popular. A city is a dirty disgusting place no matter how you pretty it up. The air quality sucks and people can be real pricks today.

@@danceswithcomicbooks7733 well, Downtown Detroit is, really, the only good place left in Detroit.

The To US10 sign @5:16 US 10 was already truncated to Bay City at I-75/US 23 at exit 162B and the Lodge Freeway had changed to M-10. This video was filmed in 1988.

I'd like to use clips from this on a documentary we are making about the need for police reform. One of our interview subjects speaks about Detroit in the 90s and this would really fit. Are you open to us using it?
