We've been making a similar style of Pizza at home for donkey's years, using Italian Focaccia Bread, and our own favourite toppings... like Spicy Sausage... Bacon... Mozzarella Cheese... Tomatoes... etc. It's absolutely delicious.

As someone who has been enjoying your reviews for months from London -- London in Canada -- I know Detroit pizza well, as Detroit is a two-hour drive from my London, a relatively short distance by North American standards. I also know pizza well: Grew up in NYC and married a gal from the same Italian province as Naples. Tip of my hat to the chef: While Detroit pizza is its own style with a great narrative behind it, those making it in Detroits are more likely to crank out good pies but not great ones, and it looks like Detroit Pizza London would be at or near the top of the class in Detroit itself. As someone who loves food and can talk about it for hours, especially while eating, I really enjoy your channel and the passion you bring; your bold personality and deliver match the food, at least the better food you sample.

sorry to spoil your party brother but , they are not the first to do detroit style pizza in the UK, should of done your homework, theres a place in bradford thats been open for 8 years now pumpin out original detroit style pizzas and the owner is in fact from Michigan, him and his wife are a lovely couple, you should go and sgee what real detroit style pizza looks like, what you have there is just square pan pizza, where is all the caremelization at ??? anyway , like i said sorry but this video is wrong. cheers
