This came with my college tuition in 2013 and I used the sh*t out of it. This was perfect as a planner, textbook reader, browser, emailing, etc. Mind you, this came at a time where the Note 2 just came out and the mainstream phone size was still roughly 4-4.5 inches and laptops (unless they were $1,000+) took a full couple of minutes to start up and open an application. VERY useful. I unfortunately lost it (I never lose things =( perhaps I left it on a desk and it was stolen) senior year.

I had a White iPad Mini and upgraded to a Black iPad Mini 4 in January. And to be honest I like the iPad Mini more than the iPad mini 4. The 4's battery dies faster and gets very hot which the first one didn't do. But I do love the Retina display the 4 has. The iPad Mini was running ios6 when it was bought and is now running on ios9. Both iPad's were some of the best purchases I have probably ever bought

One of the features i like is that they work perfectly well underwater, they don't advertise this, but i can assure you they perform excellently when submerged in water for long periods.. totally waterproof in fact.

I’ve been wanting to get a label printer for my small business for the longest time and finally pulled the trigger. I’m glad I did ! It’s less than 1/4 the size of my regular printer.Set up was fairly easy. Seller will email you a link with video instructions Which I found to be more helpful than the written instructions. I use a Mac and had no issues. They even included an adaptor for USB to USB-c which is great because I’m always losing mine! I had a few issues getting the labels to print properly and wasted quite a few sheets. You need to play around with the settings to get everything adjusted just right. If you have the wrong settings, it’ll crop off the edges or feed through blank labels. These aren’t issues with the machine though, just user error.

I got this iPad in black and slate In about late August 2013 not realizing that there was going to be a new iPad mini coming out like a month after, I had it for about 2 years till in September 2015 I had accidentally dropped it and the screen had cracked to beyond use, now whenever I go on it it will go on all these apps, when I go on an app it will pull up all these tags. I'm wanting to fix it and sell it then buy a later model of the iPad mini but I'm not sure which one you decide the "iPad mini 3 " or the " iPad mini 4" I was thinking the iPad mini 3 because I already have a couple of cases from my iPad mini 1 which would fit it which the iPad mini 4 wouldn't

The fact that I still use an Orignal iPad Mini... Runs on iOS 9 and (surprisingly) the battery lasts 3-4 days with normal use! Since it can't do anything modern as of 2024, I only use it to read books on iBooks (That works surprisingly well to this day), take pictures, and use iMessage on that "beast" from 2012! Any suggestions on how I can use it even more in 2024?? (If you are reading this comment...)

I found one of these in a box, in the recesses of my house a few years ago. I charged it up, then proceeded to guess the PIN first try. It was not Activation Locked. I have no idea how any of that happened. It's now downgraded to iOS 8 and jailbroken. It's quite handy and fun to use.

white looks nice, but when you are using it, the pure white bezel gets very distracting, therefore content is very hard to pay attention to. i am having the same dilemma. i went to the apple store yesterday and got this advice. black is more neutral, and way less noticeable. u cant see the edge of the screen and black bars.

This is so cool! But I have something to say... All the money that people spend on iPads and electronics and stuff like that could be used in a better way. Have a moment and think about all the animals in animal shelters and how every minute a puppy gets euthanized because no one adopted it. I think that we should use it to donate money to animal shelters or veterinarians .

Hey detroitborg. I am going to buy a ipad mini and i am not sure what color is better. I think the white is very sharp and doesn't attract fingerprints as much. But the black looks cool and some say the screen looks better on the black. Which should I get?

The black ipad mini isn't quite exactly monotone. The black bezel is darker than the actual screen. With the black iPhone 5 the screen is the EXACT same color as the bezel
