I hate Taggard because of his philsophy. He is like any other bureaucrat who thinks he knows better.

It gets worse when the devs hinted that Taggart got most of his funds from the Illuminati's secret vault in Washington state. The group was deliberately helping and damaging Taggart's company for their next plan of world enslavement. I even suspect Page tricked Zhao into that cyborg matrix to get her killed so he could experiment more on aug tech. Whatever this group has done, it normalized evil to the point even mercy killing an enslaved person won't give them peace!

In Mankind Divided, augmentations and the companies that make them are strictly regulated and restricted by the Taggart Act. Also Task Force 29 is created to deal with international power struggles and terrorism. Seems that the Taggart ending and the Destruction of Panchea ending were the ones that are closest to being canon.

agree, but he and the illuminati don't have right to control it all. It's why I chose the suicide option, humanity must choose for itself, independently, no one should have the power to govern lives and choose the direction of humanity unilaterally.

I assumed in that option Jensen got out of there before place collapsed (and that he only brings down only that lower part of building not all the survivors as well) but hey.

I felt the 3(4) ending paths were lackluster when compared to the rest of the game. I know it follows the route of DX & IW but I expected something different. What? I'm not sure. Or maybe I'm just disappointed I never got a proper ending cinematic. I don't know about everyone else but I didn't care much for the real footage endings.
