Loved the first time I saw Heinki run Human Revolution, explicitly stating that the only reason they were playing the English version was to get the 'I didn't ask for this' line like 20min into the game.

This guy's really nice and tried his best with his commentary. Shame that his couch did nothing.
@Zinpike6 жыл бұрын
Agreed. Probably the most miserable looking couch crew ive ever seen in a run.
@Mitwadus5 жыл бұрын
Zinpike have you seen a couch with Barbie.
@humuhumu12215 жыл бұрын
I agree, maybe next year he can fill his couch with other runners of his game rather than his close friends. While having your friends is fine, if they're stone statues it's not really too conducive to a fun stream. Sometimes I dislike spike vegeta on games he doesn't really know but I respect how he keeps the couch talking or asking open questions about the game to get people who do know to speak.
@imjustsomeguy724 жыл бұрын
I thought Henneko's couch for PoP: Sands of Time was worse. I figure they were similarly people who are not SoT speedrunners so really had nothing to say. The guy had some horrible issues in his run and his couch barely spoke the whole time, when that's exactly the kind of situation where you want your couch to take some of the burden of talking off you, and also lighten some of the stress with colour commentary. That run was still good, but IMO just because of Henneko and the fun of seeing PoP utterly broken, no real help from the couch at all.

What a shame. They were a quiet couch. What a rotten way to commentate. I wish there was something more they could say.

I'm all for laughing at anything anyone finds funny, so long as it doesn't hurt anyone, but the runner doesn't speak english as his mother tongue, so be careful about not shaming someone who, in spite of not mastering a language 100%, has the bravery to still present to us an entertaining, interesting, and enthusiastic run in a secondary language. He speaks very well for a non-native speaker, and I hope he doesn't feel ashamed of any mistakes he made, because he was a wonderful presenter and I hope to see so much more of him.

Okay the ending makes no sense and I wish he explained what happened - in the game you have to kill Marchenko AND get to the delegates to talk to Brown, his game ended with Marchenko dead but not rescuing Brown Either some trigger fudged to skip Brown or something but I wish he'd expllain how he skipped an entire mission, since the trigger for saving brown is finishing the conversation

Quite like Heinki here, never seen him run before but quite neat. Shame about the completely boring, not even present couch though. They're just sitting there like three quiet blobs most of the time :P
@MusicByproduct4 жыл бұрын
Also so much leftover praxis - wouldn't it make sense (in a live run) to sacrifice like 5 seconds getting the health upgrades and making the run safer?
@MrPoke3 жыл бұрын
For someone like Heinki who usually goes for WR, wasting 5 sec for something that he would usually reset the run for anyways isnt worth it.

So in Golem city, you can get into the ARC territory by just using the upgraded dash once? No OOB or anything? And you don't have to do any of the quests that you normally do to get access? Just climb onto the fish thing and dash...?
