I personally believe that keeping his Commandments helps us love him!! Because we come to love what we sacrifice for! I think that's why women love their children so much, because they sacrificed so much to get them here! Just like missionaries who serve in an area, when they come back to visit they barely care about the areas recreational offers, but want to see the people they serve!! They sacrificed so much to be here for them!! Initial obedience Minot turn to love for a while but as our hearts change and if we continue and press forward, if we let it, it will change to love! I'm so grateful mine did! And it took me a very long time!! YES LIVE AS A VERB BECOMES LOVE AS A NOUN! You make study so amazing! I'm so grateful for your insights!

I just love your thoughts at the end of this about Moses on Mt Nebo... "Look how far you've come! You did it!" ... And relating that to our own life. Thank you for all you do and share.

Brother Ben, loved your perspective through this "Foundational Book-Copy of the Law" to assist us through the whole OT. Your 4 Words really help me understand the Theme, "Don't Break the Commandments" Remember, Obey, Beware and Teach. Wonderful council for us to PAUSE at the top our own Mt. Nebo and reflect on the Saviors words, "Let it suffice thee" now, move on for I have other great things for you to do !! Case in point, JS experience at Liberty Jail and WHY the Savior was preparing him for a greater weight of glory, such are the ways of the Lord for his Prophets and also us !! Thank you for another Inspirational Tuesday.

Joseph Wirthlin's talk "Come What May, and Love It" is one of my all time favorite talks ever. Elder Wirthlin had so much wisdom. I really miss him.

There's a great book by an LDS author that shows that there's perfect harmony between the prophetic statements concerning the garden of Eden being in Missouri and the Old Testament account concerning the garden of Eden. It's called Canaan, Babylon, and Egypt A Comparative Theological Analysis on Creation sold by Eborn Books.
