I like too off course. This song is amazing, Puccini was a fabulous compositor and Domingo a great tenor. But Pavarotti.... was awesome. Opera is not only Pavarotti i know and this art having many of great tenors, Barittons and sopranos. But..... Pavarotti and Callas are the top.

apparently you have never heard Luciano pavarotti, domino was always jealous of him and copied everything he did . the palace wanted pavarotti to sing at Dianas funerals, he said he could not......the grief was in his throat, doming o phoned and said I will sing. they said no thank you. he became pushy, they said the princess was not a fan of yours. maybe she didnt like the fact that he is a user of child prostitues and molested most of his duet partners, 15 women came forward.

However his performance as Tonio was, at least vocally, legendary. His Calaf, on the other hand, was too light in my opinion and on the stage, let's say, unnecessary.

Rich E he’s better than Caruso in my opinion. Caruso just got the “primacy effect.” I don’t actually think he would be that special if he was a tenor today. He would have one on domingo when it comes to powerful high notes, but that’s about it.
