Deutz Fahr Agrotron problem - ZF Differential carrier design flaw

At only 4000 hours the rear differential carrier of my Lamborghini (Agrotron 6190) was destroyed because of the carrier being undersized. This is clearly a design flaw and there was a recall in Europe, but despite the fact that I bought this tractor BRAND NEW nobody recalled mine :)

La doar 4000 de ore carcasa diferentialului spate s-a stricat....S-au olarit gaurile unde intra bolturile de la sateliti. Cel mai probabil este un defect din fabrica, am citit ca a fost o rechemare pentru a inlocui piesa dar desi eu am luat tractorul nou, nu m-a contactat nimeni pentru inlocuirea piesei.

Very unfortunate. The old Deutz tractors were some of the best doing 20000 hours with no problems. ZF is the big problem they are gearbox and diff makers. SDF must move to a different manufacturer or build there own . ZF has been a big problem in the past also. I think your tractor will last a long time after this fix. Many manufacturers like Landini also use ZF setup. So it's not exactly only SDF. Engine is the only Deutz part which is the best. They are engine builders.

Yes you are right. But Deutz AG wich make engines are separate from Deutz tractor brand wich is owned by Same...I have an Agrotron 105 mk1 and I am very satisfied with it, at 8000 hours it holds pretty well. I've owned since 1800 hours and never done any repair, except the AC of course....😅

Prietene vinde lepra asta si cumpara un fendt 700 sau ceva similar de la jd seria 6 mii. Daca nu aveai 612.le erai in bucluc

Prietene "lepra" asta a fost cumpărată de noua, si nu mi ar conveni să-l vând la un preț de nimic. Cât timp merge si pot să-l repar nu am de ce să il vând.
